Historic OCR Overview
Please keep the following rules in mind when you plan to OCR old documents:
- Fraktur/Gothic OCR is always a challenge!
- Old books & documents are very different
→ this means you always have to optimise different things - Historic OCR = Climbing the Mount Everest
→ only a good team can reach the summit
